I went to Dr. Tavel's office to be seen for new glasses; I had a virtual appointment and it went way better than I expected it to! It was actually almost better than having the Dr right there in front of you. The Dr that I seen was amazing and so helpful with correcting my vision problem. I am definitely glad that I chose the Greenwood office and plan to continue having them take care of my vision. :) If I could give them more stars I definitely would!!!!!!
The doctor did an excellent job at checking my wife's eyes. All areas of the place were run smoothly and efficiently. I am taking pictures of the new location. Really nice. Same friendly people. Check out my pictures.

Ive been dealing with a stressful issue concerning my prescription for 3 years and especially in the past few months. It for very complicated and I was very frustrated at my appt. Heather talked with me for several minutes trying to understand the issue and I'm sure I frustrated her but she remained calm and friendly even when I admittedly started getting fed up. Dr. Cooke saw me and he fixed my 3 year long issue in ten minutes. He was very nice and accommodating and did what was best for me not just textbook problem solving. Heather helped me again after the exam. She didn't hold my attitude against me. She graciously accepted my apology, helped me pick out glasses and even helped me with my insurance so I could get a prescription replacement. Everyone was excellent. Thank you for putting up with me on a bad day and doing such a fantastic job!
Heather, Alisha, Kayla, Christina, were all amazing and very professional! Will definitely be coming back to this store and make sure you give these ladies a raise!!!
Enjoyed my time there, everyone was very nice and very professional. Just wish that the insurance updated the prices right the first time, ended up paying almost twice as much second time around. Representative that called to collect extra amount was very nice and apologetic. It helped.
Scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 10:45 over a month ago. Now they call me 2 days prior saying “oh we dont have anything available that day”. What a joke. Go somewhere else
Always canceling appointments then when you show up to the new appointment date surprise they've given your appointment away on top of that take no accountability and make up every lie and excuse until you just walk out very racist place to go, this has happened far too many times and idk any people whom don't have our melatonin that has had these experiences. It's ridiculous
